As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic, I am thrilled to share with you the values that ignite our passion
for better real estate. These values, coupled with each partner’s credence and nobility, form the very fabric of who we
are as a company. Working as the founder and CEO of a company you started from scratch with highly competent and
hardworking partners is a blessing as it allows me to grow unequivocally.
My co-founders and I share the same enthusiasm in going beyond acceptable norms in the industry and have pushed
each other to profess this even in the slightest of details. The result is The Silhouette, our maiden residential project
which not only exhibits our ambitions as a boutique developer but also sets the tone for future projects of MRDC.

With feet on the ground, there is no stopping this man from conquering new heights.
Tracing his roots from engaging in his family’s seafood empire at the tender age of 15, spinning off to a Cantonese Restaurant to now being the CEO of this boutique development firm, watch out for Jardin as he imprints his footsteps in every industry he touches. An avid whiskey collector, and a car enthusiast, he knows how to define speed, authenticity, and tunnel-like vision in setting the direction.

Jill has experience working with at least 30 nationalities in-depth & circled at least 50 countries in her previous role as the Marketing Director for Procter and Gamble globally. Stationed in at least 4 countries, Jill is no stranger to exquisite experiences and has an appetite for adventure. Returning home in 2014, she expanded the
presence of her family-owned garments and linens to 150+ stores nationwide.
As the COO of this new independent and boutique realty company, expect a keen sense of ‘eye on the prize’ while balancing off a healthy appetite for ingenuity, risk management, and a guided thirst for construction.

Miguel V. Tan, is an entrepreneur and CEO of MVT Group of Companies—with investments in F&B restaurants, construction, fitness gyms, real estate, and wealth and securities management.
Tan became the CEO of Fasclad Inc after being deemed fit to take on the senior role, fresh after graduating from the University of Asia and the Pacific in 2018. As a strategic investor, Miguel brings to the table his strong background in construction and management.
Miguel is also passionate about the arts which are why his eye for aesthetics will contribute to the company’s direction.
